Dr Gretta Dias
Osteopath
Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) Pelvic Health (Vaginal)
Gretta graduated from RMIT University and loves helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. She has worked with people from all walks of life; athletes, desk workers, tradespeople, and schoolteachers. But her true passion lies in pelvic health and women’s health, and she has completed extensive training in these areas.
Gretta believes women deserve care that is empathetic, empowering, and thorough, especially for conditions that are often dismissed or misunderstood. She enjoys supporting women through pregnancy, pelvic floor concerns, and the many changes that occur across the lifespan, creating a safe space where patients feel heard, validated, and supported.
She also has a keen interest in neck, jaw, and musculoskeletal pain, helping patients find relief from tension and discomfort so they can return to the activities they love.
Gretta takes a holistic approach, beginning with a thorough case history to understand not only the physical problem but also how it impacts daily life. She develops an individualised treatment plan using hands-on techniques and dry needling when appropriate, alongside practical self-management strategies to support lasting results.
Outside of work, Gretta enjoys movement in all its forms, including bouldering and Pilates, as well as reading and spending time with friends. She believes that when the body feels its best, life flows more easily, and helping patients reach this point is what makes her work so rewarding.
