Power Circuit.

A structured, supportive approach to strength and fitness where you don't need to know what you're doing before you begin.

Small group fitness class with coach
$1 First Class
Get Stronger. Feel Better. Know Exactly What You're Doing.

Strength training for real people without the intimidation, guesswork or gym-vibe nonsense.

You don't need to be fit before you start. You don't need to know how many reps to do, what weights to use or how to progress. And you definitely don't need to love burpees. πŸ˜‰

We also know that wanting to exercise and actually knowing where to start or how to progress can be two very different things.

For years we've heard the struggle. How often should I exercise? How many repetitions should I do? How heavy should I lift? How do I prevent getting injured? What is good form?

Power Circuit is a small-group, coach-led strength and fitness class designed to help you move well, get stronger and actually enjoy exercising. Your first class is just $1.00. (Usually $20.00)

45 minutes Β· Small groups of 8 Β· Coach-led Β· All fitness levels welcome!

Power Circuit

Take the guesswork out of exercise.

A structured, coach-led strength and fitness circuit class that takes the guesswork out of exercise.

You simply turn up, follow the program and let your coach guide you through it.

No wandering around the gym wondering what to do next.
No trying to remember a program from six weeks ago.
No feeling like everyone else knows what they're doing except you.

Just good quality movement, progressive strength training and a group of people working towards becoming stronger and healthier together.

Inside the class

What actually happens in a class?

45 minutes. That's it.

Your Power Circuit session includes everything you need for a complete workout.

01 / WARM UP

Get your body ready to move.

Start by preparing your body for the session ahead, getting your muscles moving and ready for exercise.

02 / POWER CIRCUIT

Strength. Fitness. Movement.

Your coach takes you through a structured circuit combining strength, fitness and quality movement. You'll be shown what to do, how to do it and how to work at the right level for you.

03 / COOL DOWN

Finish feeling good.

Finish your session and leave feeling like you've actually done something good for yourself, rather than completely wrecked.

45 minutes from start to finish. Foam rollers and spiky balls are also available at the clinic if you'd like a little extra recovery time.

Does this sound familiar?

Maybe you've been thinking...

  • β€œI want to get stronger, but I have no idea where to start.”
  • β€œI've been exercising and want to continue to progress but I don't know how.”
  • β€œI know I need to exercise, but I can't seem to stay motivated.”
  • β€œI don't feel comfortable walking into a normal gym.”
  • β€œI don't know what exercises I should be doing.”
  • β€œAm I using the right weight?”
  • β€œHow many repetitions should I actually do?”
  • β€œI want to get fitter, but I don't want to injure myself.”
  • β€œI don't particularly enjoy exercise... but I know I need to move.”
  • β€œI have some things my body can't do - jumping isn't for me, and I absolutely hate burpees.”

If you've ever thought any of these things, Power Circuit was built with you in mind.

We created Power Circuit because exercise shouldn't be confusing.

For years, we heard the same things from people who wanted to get stronger and fitter.

  • They wanted to exercise → but didn't know where to start.
  • They wanted to get stronger → but didn't know how to progress.
  • They wanted guidance → but felt overwhelmed by traditional gyms.
  • They wanted to move more → but didn't feel motivated doing it alone.

So we built something different.

Small groups

Small enough to know you.

Power Circuit is limited to 8 people per class.

That means your coach can actually see you move, provide feedback and help you get the most from your session.

You're not just another person in a crowded room.

ratio

More than just counting reps.

Your coach is there to help you understand the movement, find the right level of challenge and make adjustments when you need them.

The goal isn't to see who can work the hardest. It's to help you move well and become stronger over time.

We want to help you move well, build strength and stay active for the long term.

This is movement for the better.

Nicole, Power Circuit coach
Our coaches

The right coach makes a difference.

We didn't just want anyone to run a circuit.

We wanted coaches who understood that quality movement comes before simply doing more.

Nicole was hand-picked for Power Circuit because of her experience, her approach to movement and her ability to make people feel supported while still challenging them.

Good technique. Good quality movement. The right level of challenge.

And a coach who is motivated to help you become stronger over time.

Because getting fitter shouldn't mean sacrificing how you move. And getting stronger shouldn't mean leaving every class completely wrecked.

I was stuck in the work and family life routine, travelling for work with no real structure and never enough time in the day. I had always trained at the gym, but I get bored really quickly, so I decided to give Power Circuit a shot.

Since starting, I’m finding more time to exercise and really enjoying the structure of the classes. The coach is great β€” very motivating and always great to chat with one-on-one. The people in the classes are also great to get to know and have a laugh with.

The 45 minutes is a great way to start your morning or end your working day. You decompress, you're done, and you feel energised. I figured that if you don't use it, you'll lose it. It's great for movement, flexibility and strength training.

Give it a go, take a leap of faith. Yes, it is hard work, yes you sweat, you're always motivated to push yourself harder, and you meet great people. If you don't try it, you'll never know. Get off your ass.

Recently retired, the couch and TV became my best friend before I decided to give Power Circuit a go. The only thing that stopped me for so long was a lack of motivation.

Western Region Health was starting a winter challenge and the challenge motivated me off the couch to join Power Circuit. The fitness coach was very helpful with all the exercises and weights.

They altered anything that needed to be altered because of an injury and were very supportive, helping guide us to achieve things we didn’t think we could.

This helped me go from a couch potato to an interactive retiree. Thanks Nicole and the Western Health team.

Give it a go. You never know where it takes you.

Since starting Power Circuit classes, I feel stronger and healthier. I feel like I have more energy to accomplish more thanks to how good you feel after exercise.

To anyone who is thinking about trying it but isn't sure, I would say β€” just give it a try. If you don't like one of the exercises, it's over before you know it β€” it's only 45 seconds!
