If you had told my 22-year-old self, standing in a tiny treatment room with a paintbrush in hand and a big, slightly naive dream, that one day I’d be part of building one of Australia’s most integrated healthcare models… I probably would’ve laughed (and then got back to work).
Western Region Health has been my life’s work for over 25 years. What started as a solo osteopathy practice in a house on Coburns Rd has grown into one of Melbourne’s most recognised award winning, multidisciplinary health clinics, and more importantly, a place built on trust, connection, and community.
Over the decades I’ve had the privilege of supporting tens of thousands of patients, many of whom cross three generations. That loyalty is something I will never take for granted.
In 2025, I brought a long-held vision to life with the completion of ANSA House, a purpose-built, three-storey health hub in Melton, now home to 12 services under one roof. Seeing this dream become reality, alongside a team I genuinely love, has been one of the proudest moments of my career.
While I’m not in the consult room as much these days, my passion for helping people hasn’t changed, it’s just grown. I now get to do that at scale via a rapidly growing digital platform. What a time to be alive?!
Today, in conjunction with WRH, I’m proud to be Co-Founder and Executive Director at Ansa Health, where we’re reimagining how healthcare is delivered. Through integrated clinics, digital health innovation, education, and AI advances, we’re building a model that connects mental, physical, corporate and community care in a way that truly supports the whole person.
Alongside this, I continue to lead GrowthRx, supporting the next generation of healthcare leaders through education, mentorship, and leadership development, because great clinics don’t just happen, they’re built by great people, and exactly the ones you’ll find at Western Region Health.
My approach to leadership is simple… care deeply, lead honestly, and never lose sight of why you started.
Because in the end, healthcare isn’t just about outcomes. We’ll keep showing up for you because it’s the only way we know how.
It’s ALWAYS about people, the ones we serve, the ones we work beside, and the communities that trust us to get it right.
