Over the past 20 years, I’ve proudly built Western Region Health from a small solo practice into one of Melbourne’s most trusted, award-winning allied health clinics — serving over 45,000 patients and changing lives in the process.
What began as a bold dream in my early 20s — with a paintbrush, a single treatment room, and a vision for something more — has grown into a leading healthcare brand known for its innovation, heart, and fierce commitment to people. I still work as a hands-on Osteopath and deeply value the loyalty and connection I share with patients, some of whom have been with me since the very beginning.
In 2024, I completed my biggest project yet: the design and development of ANSA House, a purpose-built three-story allied health hub in Melton that brings together over 20+ services under one roof. With partners like Melton Psychology and ANSA Health, ANSA House now serves as the flagship site for future-focused, integrated, and multidisciplinary care in one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
Beyond the clinic, I’m the Founder and CEO of GrowthRx, an education and leadership platform dedicated to coaching the next generation of healthcare leaders. Through GrowthRx, I’ve mentored hundreds of allied health professionals and clinic owners, delivering high-impact training across leadership, communication, team development, and business strategy.
My qualifications include advanced studies in leadership at Harvard Business School and the University of Melbourne, and I’m a Certified DISC Psychometric Consultant, helping teams improve communication and workplace culture through behavioural insights.
Whether I’m mentoring business owners, treating patients, or keynoting industry events, I remain focused on one thing: lifting the bar in healthcare by cultivating bold, compassionate leaders and creating meaningful, connected workplaces. I believe that success in healthcare isn’t just about outcomes — it’s about the people behind them.
