What is Power HIIT?

Power HIIT is a high-energy, small-group fitness class designed for anyone ready to improve their physical and mental health in a supportive, structured, and motivating environment.

This isn’t just another fitness class. Through High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), you’ll build strength, boost your metabolism, support bone health, and in some cases reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression all under the guidance of elite coaches who are here to help you succeed.

Power HIIT is perfect if you:

  • Prefer smaller classes (max 8 people) for more support and personal attention
  • Feel stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping
  • Are physically capable but lack motivation
  • Find big gyms intimidating or uninspiring

For years we have heard you. The struggle of getting into a gym where you feel you’re pushed beyond your limits and desires. You have been asked to do exercises you don’t like and felt your personal consideration and goals haven’t been considered.

Power HIIT is a chance to train in a way that supports your whole health with experienced coaches who actually care.

👉 There is minimal jumping and strictly no burpees (you’re welcome).

👉There is minimal floor work – That means getting on and off the floor less for you.

👉You will increase your heart rate (for improved fitness) without feeling pressured.

👉 We have considered exercises that are adaptable and achievable for beginners as well as more challenging options for our more experienced clients.

👉 Focus on posture and making sure you leave feeling good!
